Mango Cardamom Smoothie

A fresh and creamy mango beverage to invigorate your senses.

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into a few chunks
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
  • 2 Spoons of Mawana Select Superfine Sugar
  • 1 cup whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Pinch of cardamom (optional)
  • Mint, to garnish


  1. Blend all ingredients except for the mint in a blender until very smooth and frothy.
  2. Garnish with mint and drink immediately while still very cold!
