Oatmeal & Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

  • Butter softened  - 110gms
  • Flour – 100 gms
  • Mawana Select Brown Sugar- 100gms
  • Raisins 50 gms
  • Milk – 50-60 ml
  • Baking Powder – ½ tsp
  • Oats – 50 +100 to roll

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
  2. Add the flour, oats, baking Powder & raisins.
  3. Add the milk and make a soft dough.
  4. Roll the dough into even sized pieces (about the size of a golf ball) roll it in oats.
  5. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 mins or till pale brown.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
