  • 1 Bel fruit (Stone Apple or Wood Apple)
  • 4-6 glasses Water
  • 6-7 tablespoons Mawana Premium Fine Grain Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice


  1. Break one bel fruit and scoop out all the pulp with the help of a spoon.
  2. Soak this pulp in 2-3 glasses of water for a couple of hours.
  3. Mash the pulp and sieve it well, add sugar and mix well till it completely dissolves.
  4. Add the remaining water and lemon juice.
  5. Refrigerate the sharbat. Serve chilled.
