Chocolate Pudding

  • 500ml Full Cream Milk
  • 1 cup Mawana Premium Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup Cornflour
  • Salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cream
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence


  1. In a bowl add cocoa powder, sugar, cornflour and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
  2. In a pan bring the milk to a boil. Now add the dry ingredients to it and let it cook on low heat. Whisk it well to avoid lumps.
  3. Add vanilla essence to it and continue to whisk. Add fresh cream and cook till the mixture till it’s thick, smooth and shiny. Turn off the heat.
  4. Let the mix cool. Keep whisking in between to keep it smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture in small glasses. Garnish with chocolate chips and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
