2 cups Yogurt or Fresh Curd made of full cream milk
2-3 tablespoons Mawana Premium Fine Grain Sugar
1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
8 Almonds (Badam)
8 Pistachios (Pista)
5 Cashew Nuts (Kaju)
4 Ice cubes
1 cup Water
We need blanched almonds and pistachios for the recipe. To remove the peel boil almonds and pistachios in water for a minute. Drain out the water and transfer the nuts in cold water. Let it cool. Easily remove the skin now.
In a blender, grind blanched almonds, pistachios, and cashew nuts.
Add curd, sugar, cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron, and a cup of water. Blend it well.
Pour the lassi in glasses, add crushed ice, and serve chilled. Garnish with saffron.
