Fresh Fruit Custard

This creamy pudding with fresh fruits will just melt in your mouth. A second serving is inescapable!

  • 4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Mawana Premium Crystal Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Custard Powder
  • 1 cup chopped Apple
  • 1 cup chopped Mango
  • ½ cup chopped Banana
  • 1 cup Pomegranate


  1. Boil milk in a pan.
  2. In a small bowl take 2-3 tablespoons of milk (normal temperature). Add custard powder to it. Mix well to avoid any lumps. Now add this to the boiled milk on low heat. Keep stirring for no lumps.
  3. Add sugar and continue to mix.
  4. Slowly the mix will change color to dark yellow and become thick. It takes around 10-15 minutes for the mix to completely cook. Now turn off the heat and let it cool.
  5. When the mixture is completely cool transfer it to a large glass bowl and chopped fruits to it. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Your fruit custard is ready, serve chilled.
